In occasione della Print4All NEOGRAFA Italia presenterà, insieme ai suoi partner, alcune novità sia per il settore della stampa rotocalco e flessografica che per la laminazione ma anche tutta la gamma di prodotti per l’intera industria del converting, sviluppata in più di 35 anni di collaborazione con i suoi prestigiosi e strategici partner.
Grazie al know-how acquisito in questi anni NEOGRAFA Italia ha sviluppato una sua linea di detergenti non aggressivi per la pulizia manuale e automatica di inchiostri e adesivi, sicura per gli operatori e per l’ambiente anche con schede di sicurezza prive di simboli di pericolo. Verrà inoltre presentata una linea di lamette per il taglio film di alta qualità, prodotte in Belgio e Germania, con diverse ricoperture in grado di garantire un taglio ad alte prestazioni e una durata maggiore in macchina, riducendo notevolmente i difetti in produzione e i tempi morti per il cambio lametta, oggi di fondamentale importanza a causa della complessità dei materiali plastici sempre più tecnici e difficili da lavorare. La maggiore durata delle lamette per il taglio film significa anche un minore rischio di infortunio per gli operatori grazie ai minori cambi in macchina.
Daetwyler un paio di anni fa aveva già lanciato sul mercato la ricopertura LONG-LIFE PRO pensata per aiutare gli stampatori rotocalco a migliorare le nuove sfide nella stampa: aumento dell’efficienza e risparmio sui costi. La racla LONGLIFE PRO aveva già mosso i primi passi in questa direzione, ora, con il nuovo profilo ROTOTIP, aiutano a garantire ottima stampabilità e qualità costante per tutta la tiratura azzerando totalmente i tempi di affilatura a racla nuova.
Synaptik invece, da diversi anni, aiuta il settore della laminazione a garantire una maggiore automazione e controllo intelligente per la gestione dell’adesivo, Synaptik ha infatti sviluppato un sistema all’avanguardia per la misurazione in linea della grammatura della colla applicata, garantendo precisione, coerenza e controllo in tempo reale del processo di laminazione: il gScan. Si tratta infatti di un sistema di misurazione facilmente integrabile in tutte le macchine da stampa e di laminazione che permette di rendere più efficace ed efficiente il processo, riducendo notevolmente i problemi e quindi lo scarto.
Per il mondo della stampa flessografica invece ci sono importanti novità per quanto riguarda i cilindri anilox, Pamarco infatti ha deciso di ampliare la sua presenza nel mercato europeo e quindi italiano con un sito di produzione in Germania, per poter garantire una risposta più veloce al mercato. Inoltre, grazie all’acquisizione di TLS Anilox GmbH, può continuare a presentare sul mercato il cilindro in carburo di tungsteno, un anilox innovativo che permettere di aiutare gli stampatori a ridurre diversi problemi tipici della stampa flessografica oltre a ridurre notevolmente tempi di pulizia e consumi di inchiostro.

At Print4All NEOGRAFA Ita-lia will present, together with its partners, some news for the rotogravure and flexographic printing sector and for the lamination one, as well as the complete range of products for the entire converting industry, developed in more than 35 years of collaboration with its prestigious and strategic partners.
Thanks to the know-how acquired in many years, NEOGRAFA Italia has developed its own line of non-aggressive detergents for the manual and automatic cleaning of inks and adhesives, safe for operators and the environment, even with safety data sheets without danger symbols. A line of high-quality film cutting blades will also be presented, produced in Belgium and Germany, with different coatings capable of guaranteeing high-performance cutting and longer life in the machine, significantly reducing production defects and downtime for blade changes, which is of fundamental importance today due to the complexity of increasingly technical and difficult-to-work plastic materials. The longer life of razor blades also means a lower risk of injury for operators thanks to fewer changes in the machine.
A couple of years ago, Daetwyler had already launched the LONGLIFE PRO coating on the market, designed to help rotogravure printers improve the new challenges in printing: increasing efficiency and saving costs. The LONGLIFE PRO doctor blade had already taken the first steps in this direction, now, with the new ROTOTIP profile, they help to guarantee excellent printability and constant quality throughout the print run, completely eliminating break-in / sharpening times with a new doctor blade.
Synaptik, on the other hand, has been helping the lamination sector for several years to ensure greater automation and intelligent control for adhesive management. Synaptik has in fact developed a cutting-edge system for in-line measurement of the weight of the glue applied, ensuring precision, consistency and real-time control of the lamination process: the gScan. This is in fact a measurement system that can be easily integrated into all printing and lamination machines, making the process more effective and efficient, significantly reducing problems and therefore waste.
For the world of flexographic printing, there are important news regarding anilox cylinders.
